At Office Furniture Liquidators we only sell items that meet our office grade requirements. Many items have found their way into the office furniture market that are designed for the home and may not meet OSHA or Federal standards for the office. For instance office chairs are warranted for 6 hours of use per day where as home versions are 1 hour per day. While manufacturer warranties vary, a minimum warranty for a desk is one year while most are 5-10 years, chairs 6-12 years while most home grade furniture is 90 days. Obviously furniture designed for home use will not last long in the office environment.
All of our manufacturers warrant their items with a parts warranty. We add one year labor and help you order a part if needed from the manufacturer while under warranty. So if within a year say your gas lift goes out in your chair we will order the part and replace it for you! Over a year but still under the manufacturer warranty then we will order the part for you. No more taking the item back to the box store for them to tell you to contact an 800 number and ship the item back to the manufacturer which usually cost more than a new item. All of our items listed are new. We do carry used office cubicles (systems furniture) that can give you a quality product at half the new price. How it works is you call us we come out and measure asking a few questions regarding what the employees do and how many you want in the area. Then we provide you with a quote and layout based on what we have in stock that best suits your needs. Many customers find this is a great way to purchase these items, see out “previous jobs” page for pictures of our jobs.
Most office grade furniture comes already factory assembled except a few lines that are shipped flat boxed. Assembly and delivery are included in our “white glove” delivery so you will not have to worry about finding a screw driver or time to spend on assembly if you are located in our delivery area, otherwise the item will be shipped. Chairs are usually shipped UPS and will require some assembly but if you order just one white glove item then all other items on that order will be white glove as well! Don’t be fooled by internet free delivery which usually means it comes to the back of a truck in the box and you have to take it off, take it in, assemble and then dispose of a ton in packaging. We take care of all that for you but there are some limitations and may require extra charges for rural delivery, upstairs delivery or other difficult deliveries.
